The company is intended to become ‘an industry leading source of premium experiences and content for game developers, esports teams and gaming communities’.

ESP Gaming kicks off with a strong lineup of upcoming productions for its partners CJ Network/Com2uS and Amazon Appstore, including the Summoners War World Arena Championship: World Finals, and the upcoming Champions of Fire tournament taking place from Dec. 2-3 at Time Inc. Studios in New York.

Looking ahead to 2018, ESP Gaming’s other productions will include partnerships with top gaming developers on PC, console and mobile.

The ten strong ESP Gaming team is led by Jeff Liboon who has taken on the role of company President. Liboon has previously worked at the likes of Amazon Appstore, Popcap Games and DoubleDown Casino/IGT Interactive. He is joined by others including Chief Digital Officer Jr. McCabe, formerly of Time Inc.; Vice President of Operations David Lee, formerly of ESL; and Vice President of Production Mori Eskandani, who is also executive producer of many competitive sports programs such as Poker After Dark, the World Series of Poker and ESPN Billiards.

Liboon, President of ESP Gaming stated: “Our production capabilities reflect the best of live sports production married with impactful storytelling.

“For our partners, this translates to the most premium competitive gaming content tailored for both streaming and broadcast television platforms within esports. In turn, this content helps game developers reach massive audiences with engaging narratives for both casual and hardcore gamers.”

ESP Gaming will also be offering ESP Labs as an investment arm for securing esports investments in games, platforms and products. This service gives partners access to ESP Gaming’s production services, distribution resources and gaming partnerships to help expedite growth.

Esports Insider says: The ESP Gaming team boasts some considerable experience from impressive firms outside the esports world, as well as David Lee formerly of ESL. We hope that there’ll be some more esports talent added to their ranks, and best of luck to them in their future endeavours.
