As reported by Esports News UK the final, which is taking place across the pond in Atlanta, Georgia, will be aired in the UK at 8.45pm GMT.

If you’re lucky enough to live near one of the following cinemas then you’ve the option to go and watch some competitive CSGO on the silver screen this Saturday; London’s Westfield Shepherds Bush and Westfield Stratford, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Edinburgh Omni, Swansea and Sheffield.

CSGO fans in attendance will be well catered for with the opportunity to buy merchandise, whilst also receiving a ‘swag bag’ and a chance to win prizes from the likes of Monster, GAME, HyperX and Kerrang.

Kerrang Radio will be supporting the event on the night and will be interviewing someone from ELEAGUE on air in the run up to the final.

Johnny Carr, Alternative Content Manager at Vue UK and Ireland, stated: “We take pride in providing our customers with the best seat in the house for many different types of unmissable content, and are thrilled to be bringing the ELEAGUE CSGO Season 2 Grand Final to our customers this December.”

Joe Evea, Owner at CinEvents, added: “We are delighted to bring ELEAGUE to the big screen in the UK. Our goal as a business is to ensure we create memorable events that encourage people to come return to the cinema again and again.

“On December 3rd, we are able to bring some of the most influential brands in the world of gaming to help us provide CSGO lovers broadcast-quality content on the biggest screen in a fun and rewarding environment. Look out for more gaming CinEvents throughout 2017.”

Esports Insider says: With cinemas always on the lookout for innovative ways to boost numbers and ticket sales and make use of their space, live broadcast esports events are one great antidote. Tickets are priced at £16.99 for Westfield, and undoubtedly should this event prove popular CinEvents and Vue will look to put on more similar showings in 2017 and beyond.
