The first ESI Tour (#ESITour) went off without a hitch on Friday November 3rd as the team made their way around London donning some sublime esports apparel and taking part in a variety of challenges in support of Movember

Two teams were created for the day with Ash Cosplay and John ‘JohnPee’ Pritchard going up against CoD players HayJay and Harry ‘Coppers96’ Copley

Despite the CoD pair being officially named Team Dumb and Dumber they took a storming lead with victories in Tekken at Fnatic’s Bunkr, juggling at St.Paul’s Cathedral and a hard-fought round of Rock, Paper, Scissors at the London Eye.

The comeback began in earnest at Buckingham Palace with a royal victory for Ash and JohnPee in the Quickfire Q&A, which boasted a broad set of questions across esports, the Queen, Polish geography, and Movember.

With the Q&A worth triple points it was all things equal as we made our way to Movember UK’s HQ. Here the finale, a round of Mo’Pong, took place with comeback kings and queens Ash and JohnPee crowned the eventual winners.

Working with the likes of Fnatic, ULT and Movember we’ve been able to offer a host of giveaways, with the winner of the first Fnatic bundle delighted with her victory having beaten off some fierce competition.

Our second #ESITour bundle was courtesy of the fine team over at ULT. For those unaware, ULT is the apparel arm of US firm Ultimate Media Ventures which works with the likes of eUnited and Versus.

There is still one remaining live giveaway with the winner yet to be announced for the Movember swag. This will be announced before the week is out.

We’ll have a final giveaway too once the video of the #ESITour is live. Keep an eye out on our Twitter @esportsinsider_ and that of Fortaura, who we worked with to produce the video, for further announcements on this.
