Not only does TobiWan commentate, he hosts Well Played – a gaming quiz show that was launched in January of this year on the Bestmeta YouTube channel. He works with the likes of Patrick Titley, a BAFTA-awarded producer, and many prominent figures from the esports scene.

Code Red Esports will use its experience in talent management to take control of TobiWan’s hectic schedule in games such as Dota 2 and PUBG. The agency will also work on securing endorsements to allow him to fully concentrate on his casting and hosting.

Paul “Redeye” Chaloner, Managing Director, Code Red Esports said the following on the signing: “Code Red already boasts an impressive number of immensely skilled esports talent and there’s no doubt that TobiWan slots perfectly into our existing roster. I’ve had the pleasure of working at events with Toby for quite some time and undoubtedly he’s one of the best in the business. I’m thrilled he’s opted to sign with us for representation”.

Toby “TobiWan” Dawson also commented: “I want not only to continue to get better at what I do, but to expand into as many areas of the gaming world as possible. Code Red is the obvious choice to sign with to help develop my brand & give me the time and support to focus on my projects.”

Esports Insider says: TobiWan is a good signing for Code Red Esports, and it also looks a smart move for the commentator in terms of freeing up some of his time so he can focus more fully on using his casting and hosting talents.
