Reality Clash sponsors Danish esports community Sørby

As part of this deal, Reality Clash will sponsor the team shirts, the Sørby academy and sponsor the team’s participation at the Supreme Masters Counter-Strike tournament. The deal is a first for Reality Clash.

Sørby Esports is one of the largest esports communities in Denmark, boasting over 300 active members. The community provides training, bootcamps, tournaments and gaming events. Sørby hosts around 160 gamers a week through their online and offline training sessions in CS:GO, FIFA, Hearthstone, Rocket League and Overwatch.

Morten Rongaard, CEO and Co-Founder of Reality Gaming Group had this to say: “Reality Clash is focusing on being part of the worldwide and growing eSport community and we are planning to host and develop our own type of games using Blockchain technology. We are already in the early stages of development and Sørby Esport is playing an important role in that process.”

Reality Clash is an augmented reality FPS game for iOS and Android; Reality Clash is due to launch their own esports tournaments later in 2018.

Mark Kristensen, Sørby Esport Chairman added: ”We see a great potential in partnering with Reality Clash, a lot of exciting things are happening in Sørby and in the near future we are opening an eSpocentrenter in the city of Slagelse. Our community means everything to us and with a new partner, it will give us more resources to give the best experiences to our members. We welcome Reality Clash to the Sørby Esport family and we are looking forward to what the future brings!”

Sørby Esport holds a number of sponsorships, including deals with Elgiganten, SteelSeries, Sportyfield, Vimeso, Blue Keld, FLOATING GRIP, Prima Servers, Tuborgfondet and Slagelse Kommune.

Esports Insider says: A great move for the Sørby Esport community and a good opportunity for Reality Clash to get their game in the hands of people who love esports, a partnership with a game with a desire to be apart of the esports space is a no-brainer for both parties.
