Ubisoft has both extended and expanded its global partnership with HyperX for Rainbow Six Siege esports. It’ll span from November 2018 to August 2019.

During this time, HyperX will be the official and exclusive mice, keyboards, and internals partner of the Rainbow Six Siege pro circuit. This covers the Pro League online seasons, the Worldwide Finals, the Six Invitational 2019, and the Six Major 2019.

Geoffroy Sardin, Vice President Sales & Marketing at Ubisoft EMEA discussed the renewal: “We have been working with HyperX since the beginning of the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six esports scene. It’s only logical and with great pleasure that we extend our partnership to the year to come.”

The original partnership covered the Six Invitational in February and Six Major in August, providing competitors with the HyperX Cloud Revolver headset.

Daniel Kelley, Global Director of Marketing at HyperX added: “HyperX enjoys being part of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six esports scene, and supporting its gaming community. Cloud series gaming headsets are designed to perform for many hour of comfortable gaming, and are great while playing Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six.”

The pro circuit for Rainbow Six Siege esports involves Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Seasonal Pro Leagues take place leading up to Major events.

Esports Insider says: Ubisoft has done plenty of great things with Rainbow Six Siege, both casually and with the competitive scene, so it’s nice to see HyperX’s growing commitment to the game. Each tournament seemingly improves on the last so next year’s Invitational and Major are events to keep an eye on.
