Kick9’s MOBA Legends will be the latest to enter the world of esports arena it has been announced, after details of a partnership with ESL were revealed.
The free to play combat mobile title MOBA Legends allows players to compete against one another in 10 minute battles against other players on both iOS and Android.
Players select their unique heroes, or Legends, and work together to destroy minions and defence towers as they clear lanes on in a bid for victory.
There will be at least 19 tournaments hosted by Kick9 and ESL in 2016, and these will provide players with over $20,000 (£15,414) worth of prizes.
This includes an all expenses paid trip to China to compete in the world championship where teams will then fight it out for a further $30,000 (£23,122) worth of prizes.
